Meyer Pneumatic Conveying Plug Type Diverter is designed to convey material at pressures up to 70 PSI (5 bar) absolute.

Standard housing, side covers, and plug are aluminum with stainless steel pipe inserts.
All product contact surfaces are stainless steel. Shaft material is 304 stainless steel. Operation is hand operated or pneumatic air operation. Pipe size connections are from 2” to 5” (2,2.5,3,4,5), 6” and up Consult Factory with ANSI 150# flanges. Operating temperature is -40°F to 250°F.

The Meyer PC Plug Diverter is designed to divert or combine from a single line to two lines or from two lines to one line for pneumatic conveying of dry free flowing bulk materials in powder or granular size.

A primary advantage of the unit is complete sealing after switching with no product contamination versus the flapper style diverter.

Replacement of spare parts is accomplished through the inspection plates without removal of the diverter from the line. Switching can occur in as little as 2-3 seconds after the line is cleared. The seals utilized for the diverter are either silicon(standard) or food grade silicon.
